Document Description
Acquisition of 101.09 acres and the development and operation of a high school, intermediate school and related recreational, cultural and athletic facilities. The high school will have capacity for 2,900 grades 9-12 students and the intermediate school will have capacity for 1,600 grades 7-8 students. The project will include a 1,200-seat baseball stadium and a 1,200-seat performing arts center.
