Document Description
1. Ordinance to rezone (99RZ-019) portions of a 35 acre parcel from RE-2 (Residential Estates, two acre minimum) as follows:
A. 7+- acres to O (Open Space) as mitigation for impacts wildlife habitat,
B. 500+- square feet encompassing two cultural resources to RE-2:H (Residential Estate, two acre minimum: Historic Combining) as mitigation for impacts to cultral resources; and,
2. Tentative Subdivision Map (98TSM-003) to allow the division of the 35+- acre site into the Mt. Jefferson Heights Subdivision which would consist of ten parcels ranging from 3+- to 4.35+- acres in size.
3. Resolution of application to the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) to form a County Service Area to provide road maintenance for roads of this Subdivision which are not accepted into the County Maintained System.
The 35+- acre project site is zoned RE-2 (Residential Estate, two acre minimum) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
