Adoption of a Master Plan document that addresses future development of the Metropolitan Recreation Center/Stramler Park/Kern County Museum complex. The Master Plan document describs two developmental options known as (1) the "Preferred Master Plan," which would modify existing recreation and County Museum facilities as well as construct additional facilities, and (2) the "Master Plan Option," which would primarily modify existing recreation and County Museum facilities.
