Document Description
The project consists of 254 acres in northern Murrieta and includes a high school, middle school, sports complex, active park, fire/police station, and nature center. It is a joint effort between the City of Murrieta and the Murrieta Valley Unified School District (MVUSD) to create more educational and recreational facilities for the City. The project will make various on-and off-site improvements in water, sewer, flood control. and roads, including Los Alamos Road and Clinton Road.
