Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0050-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, LDK-AREP Placer Owner, LLC (Permittee) as represented by Alan Hersh. The project is a component of the Placer Vineyards Specific Plan (PVSP), a 5,230-acre specific plan project, which includes on- and offsite infrastructure elements. Specifically, the Placer Vineyards 4B Project (Project) consists of residential and commercial development, associated internal infrastructure, a park, on site detention/retention, and open space. The Project Area will be mass graded using large earth moving equipment in order to facilitate construction. Specific activities covered by the Agreement include mass grading of majority of site to accommodate site development, and the construction of five (5) stormwater detention basins and associated outfalls (concrete pipe, concrete apron, and riprap) along the edge of the 15-acre onsite open space area. The Project activities covered by this Agreement will result in permanent impacts to 1.339 acres of aquatic features (seasonal wetland swales).
