Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0013-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Placer 400 Investors, LLC (Permittee) as represented by Chrysanthy Demos.
The project is a component of the PVSP, a 5,230-acre specific plan project, which includes on- and offsite infrastructure elements. The project is limited to Phase 1 of Property 1A of the PVSP. This project is a mix of residential development, a recreation center, three parks, infrastructure, and open space areas. The project is approximately 234 acres of development area, internal roads, PVSP backbone roads and channel/open space (Regional General Permit [RGP] Infrastructure). The RGP Infrastructure is composed of Placer Creek Drive and Walerga Road along the periphery of the property and channel infrastructure and surrounding open space.
This project includes the following activities: mass grading for development, the installation of a sewer line and storm drain pipes, construction of roadway crossings, the installation of culvert crossings, and construction of water quality basins and outfalls in open spaces. This project (Phase 1 of Property 1 A) is broken down into twelve (12) projects.
