Document Description
The proposed project consists of: (1) change the point of diversion, for a maximum of 10,000 acre-feet of water per year, from the Santa Margarita River to Tucalota Creek at Lake Skinner; and (2) a modification in the operation of Lake Skinner to allow for storage of said water and subsequent delivery to the Fallbrook PUD. The purpose of this proposed project is to develop an existing local water supply for domestic, irrigation, and municipal use in the community of Fallbrook.
