Document Description
The Fallbrook Public Utilities District proposes to (1) relocate the Point of Diversion (POD) in its Water Right Permit 11356 from a downstream point in the Santa Margarita River system to an upstream point in the same system, on a tributary called Tucalota creek; and (2) arrange for modification of the operation of the existing reservoir on Tucalota Creek, Lake Skinner, to store up to a maximum of 10,000 acre-feet will be achieved, on average, once in ten years; during other years, the volume varies between zero and 10,000 acre-feet.
