Document Description
The Fallbrook Public Utilities District proposes to change the point of diversion for a maximum of 10,000 acre feet of water per year, from the Santa Margarita River to Tucalota Creek at Lake Skinner; and modify the operation of Lake Skinner to allow for storage of said water and subsequent delivery to the Fallbrook Public Utility District. The purpose of this proposed project is to develop an existing local water supploy for domestic, irrigation, and municipal use in the community of Fallbrook. the Fallbrook Public Utility District was granted water rights permit no. 11,356 which included the subject 10,000 AF.
