Document Description
In the area east of Rose Drive just north of Blake Court, which includes residential lots, two existing houses would be removed. Waste material, known as "Black Material," a viscous waste containing chromium, lead, gasoline, oil, furans, and dioxins, would be stabilized and excavated. Waste would be transported by trucks off-site to permitted landfill facilities. Following completion of the cleanup and regrading of the site, the two homes would be replaced.
