Document Description
The proposed project would involve, site preparation, minor widening of Addie Street, and construction of a platform on piers to support access to two detached vacation rental units on two of the lots; 125 Addie (Lot 1) and 128 Addie (Lot 2) and access and parking on lot 3 (132 Addie). No construction is proposed at this time for 136, 144, and 148 Addie Street. The proposed project also includes construction of a public plaza adjacent to the City's Promenade 2. All lots are located on Addie Street, south of the City's surface public parking located between Park Avenue and Addie Street.
