Document Description
Construction of 564 residential units on the site of an existing rock quarry. Eighteen single family lots are proposed fronting Campus Drive; the remaining 545 units would be located with access off of Edwards Avenue on two development pads (approximately 45 acres). A 6,000 square foot community center and 10,000 square feet of commercial retail are proposed at the base of the site, adjacent to Edwards. The project also includes full reclamation of the site including slope restoration and re-vegetation.
