Document Description
The Project will involve the demolition of the existing facilities associated with the drive-in theater and the construction of a retail commercial center consisting of approximately 276,517 square feet of new development. The project will include thirteen new structures concentrated along the southern and northern sides of the project site. Surface parking and site circulation would be located in the interior of the site to provide easy access to the tenants.
