Document Description
The proposed Amendment to the Santee Town Center Specific Plan is focused around a corporate and technology office campus. The Specific Plan Amendment would enable this eastern portion of the existing Santee Town Center to be developed with approximately 2.5 million sf of residential and commercial/office uses. The Town Center would provide an office employment base, which currently does not exist in Santee. The principle theme of the plan amendment is to provide a focus for Santee and create options for living, working, and recreating in one central location.
