The Energy Commission reviewed FEIR, statement of overriding considerations, and Mitigation Monitoring Plan as approved by the city of Woodland. The City of Woodland is the lead agency on the EIR, statement of overriding considerations, and Mitigation Monitoring Plan which were adopted per Resolutions on August 15, 2000 and Dec. 18, 2001. CA Energy Commission is approving a grant for the Zero Net Energy upgrades to 20-60 single family homes within the previously approved development.
