Lodi Gas Storage LLC (LGS) filed an application with the CPUC seeking a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to allow LGS to develop and operate a natural gas storage facility near Lodi in San Joaquin County. The certificate would also allow LGS to construct and operate an approximately 33-mile-long pipeline extending into Sacramento County to connect with the PG&E gas pipeline system on Sherman Island.
