The proposed project is called the Fender Museum of Music and the Arts. The project is an Amended and Restated Disposition and Development Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Corona and Fender Museum of the Arts Foundation for the future development of a two-story approximately thirty-three thousand (33,000) gross square foot museum facility and outside amphitheater, together with related off-property improvements for the purpose of displaying musical instruments and related artifacts of historical significance, and maintenance facilities.
