Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2001-302 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of Lincoln.
This agreement pertains to the construction of two storm drain outfall structures into a tributary of Orchard Creek. The first outfall is located east of and adjacent to Fiddement Road and outfalls into Orchard Creek. Both outfalls will allow storm water runoff to enter into existing drainage courses from concrete lined "V" ditches without eroding ditch/stream banks. Construction of the outfalls requires the placement of native river cobble on the banks of both the ditch and Orchard Creek to protect against erosion.
