Document Description
The proposed project includes the redevelopment of 460 residential units in 230 duplex units located on a 190 acre project site. The project is proposed to be undertaken in four phases. The remodeled duplex units will be offered for sale to the public for those citizens over the age of 55. Two 40 unit apartment buildings are proposed adjacent to the community center. A 60 unit assisted living facility will be located within the community center. The proposed community facilities will be centrally located within the project and contain 125,000 square feet of space. These facilities will incorporate various services.
