SAA # 1600-2004-0008-R5 Alter streambed to install a new pump station that will take water from the existing 33-inch Honby Pipeline and a new 48-inch diameter pipeline (Sand Canyon Pipeline) will convey water from the new pump station to a proposed reservoir constructed on an elevated site located west of Rolling Hills Avenue. The Sand Canyon Pipeline alignment will begin at the new Sand Canyon Pump Station on Santa Clara Street and will travel along the south bank of the Santa Clara River and to the north bank of Santa Clara River just north of Soledad Canyon Road.
