The Resolution of Necessity is a further discretionary approval needed to implement two previously approved projects, the Lincoln Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion and the new Lincoln Wastewater Treatment and Reclamation Facility. The Resolution authorizes the City to acquire certain property located adjacent to the new Wastewater Treatment and Reclamation Facility site, for use in connection with the storage and disposal of treated wastewater.
