Document Description
A new facility will replace the existing Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness. Specifically, the project includes: (1) regrade and pave the site, including improvements to the existing driveway and curb cut; (2) construct a new building to replace the existing structure; and (3) improve and plant landscaping on the site. The existing Kingdom Hall structure will be demolished and a new edifice constructed on the site that will replace the existing facility. The new Kingdom Hall will increase the capacity of the old building from 140 seats (2,160 square feet) to 174 seats (3,920 square feet). In addition, related improvements to the site (e.g., parking, landscaping, etc.) will also be implemented to meet the needs of the existing congregation. The 174-seat capacity of the new facility represents an increase of approximately 28 percent over the existing 140 seats. In addition, 41 parking spaces will also be provided, including 2 handicapped spaces and 39 regular spaces to accommodate services at the Kingdom Hall.
