Document Description
The City of Lathrop proposes to decommission the Crossroads Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) and combine the wastewater that flows to this facility with that following to the Consolidated Treatment Facility (CTF). The shutdown allow wastewater from Crossroads to undergo the higher level of treatment provided by the CTF. The blended flow would be discharged to existing storage ponds, land application areas or the approved percolation pond associated with the WWTF and CTF. The Addendum tiers from the Lathrop Water Recycling Plant No. 1 Phase 1 Expansion Project EIR (2003) which tiers from the Water, Wastewater, and Recycled Water Master Plan EIR (2001).
