Document Description
The City of Lathrop has drafted an updated Water, Wastewater and Recycled Water Master Plan under contract with the Sacramento Office of Nolte and Associates and Larry Walker and Associates of Davis, California. The integrated Master Plan provides an updated and comprehensive master plan for potable water, wastewater treatment and disposal, and the delivery of recycled water. The Master Plan also includes implementation of the City's portion of potable water supplied by the South County Surface Water Supply Project, in conjunction with the San Joaquin Irrigation District (SSJID), and the Cities of Manteca, Escalon and Tracy.
