Document Description
The proposed action consists of an update of the City of Delano 1982 General Plan. The proposed General Plan update study area is approximately 15,000 acres in size and contains a mixture of residential, agricultural, commercial and industrial land uses. The Agency is establishing twenty year growth boundaries to guide future growth within the City and its planning area.
