The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0252-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Lennar Homes of California. The Applicant is in the process of developing 12.4 acres of a 113.5-acre property. The development will include the building of approximately 40 residential homes, roadways, parking areas, and other associated infrastructure. Approximately 101.1 acres will be preserved in perpetuity as open space. The activities covered under the Streambed Alteration Agreement are: placement of riprap at culvert outlets, removal of former ranch road and waterline, bridge replacement, and implementation of enhancement and mitigation plans.
