Altamont Winds Inc. seeks approval of Conditional Use Permits C-7853 and C-7854 to allow for repowering of an existing, non-operating, wind power plant facility. 667 existing turbines would be removed and up to 63 new wind turbines would be installed with a typical energy output of 800 kilowatts (kW) each, and a total rated capacity of 50.4 megawatts (MW).
