Present Land Use
Water production, collection storage, and treatment uses. Numerous local agency General Plan designations are applied to the lands.
Document Description
The proposed action is to approve and implement the Subregional Plan (SRP) and three Subarea Plans (SAPs), as well as execute the incidental take authorization for species on the covered species list. The SRP comprehensively addresses how participating water agencies will manage their lands to conserve natural habitats and species while continuing to provide their mandated water services to the public. The SRP will serve as an "umbrella document" to guide the preparation of NCCP subarea plans.
