Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #5-116-00) pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, PacSun LLC. The applicant proposes to impact 3.37 acres of jurisdictional streambed area, including 2.75 acres of wetlands, by developing 498 single-family homes, 89.9 acres of commercial development, 11.0 acres for an elementary school and 7.34 acres park, 1.6 acres for a new fire station. 974 acres will be preserved as public open space.
