Document Description
Vesting tentative Map, a Rezone from AR-1-1 to RX-1-1 and RS-1-14, a Planned Development Permit, a Site Development Permit, and a Multi-Habitat Planning Area Boundary Line Adjustment to subdivide and construct 171 single-family units on site and transfer 35 affordable units to Lot 9 of Map 15919 in the Black Mountain Ranch North Village Town Center. The project would require the transfer of 14 dwelling units to Lots 12, 13, 18, and 19 of Map 15919 in the Black Mountain Ranch North Village Town Center, in total, the project proposes a combined 2020 dwelling units, including 35 affordable units, on-site and off-site in conformance with the Black Mountain Ranch Subarea Plan. The project would also construct various site improvements, which include associated public and private streets, hardscape, retaining walls, and landscaping. The 169.85-acre site is located south of Bernardo Center Drive/Carmel Valley Road and west of I-15 in the AR-1-1 Zone Black Mountain Ranch Subarea in the northern portion of the City of San Diego.
