The proposed project would extract up to 360,000 cubic yards of fill material from the Camray site, and haul the fill material along existing dirt and levee roads to construction sites of the North Beach Lake Levee. The document also addresses potential impacts to Elderberry plants and the Valley Elderberry Beetle and nesting raptors, resulting from the proposed project and analyzes the removal of trees along the North Beach Lake Levee, west of Interstate 5.
