Document Description
DTSC issued a new Standardized Hazardous Waste Facility Permit for the existing Bayside Oil II, Inc, for the transfer and storage of California-only (non-RCRA) hazardous wastes pursuant to Health and Safety Code, Chapter 6.5. The Permit would be in effect for 10 yrs and would subject Bayside Oil II facility to the terms and conditions set forth in the Permit and in the Standardized Permit Application (Operation Plan) dated Oct 4, 2013.
Bayside Oil II, Inc. receives the following California-regulated wastes by consolidated manifesting and/or from permitted transporters: used oil, waste antifreeze, and oily water. In addition, Bayside Oil II, Inc. is transferred into storage tanks. Once the tanks are full, the hazardous waste is transferred to other facilities for further treatment.
