The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0321-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Contra Costa Water District, as represented by Mark Seedall. Project activities under this Agreement are limited to construction of two new boat ramps and construction of platform extension/new safety deck located in front of the Rock Slough Fish Screen to allow for continuous maintenance access across the entire screen.
