Document Description
1. Increase the permitted facility boundary to 120.21 acres to include adjacent property acquired as a buffer to the active lanfill. Also for use as a source of cover soil and ultimately converted to a drainage basin. 2. Adjust the disposal footprint by 0.10 acres as a result of a waste study, which determined the actual disposal footprint to be 14.1 acres rather than the currently permitted 14 acres; 3. Increase the maximum days and hours of operation of seven days per week, from no earlier than 6:00 a.m. (currently 7:00 a.m.) to no later than 5:00 p.m. (excluding county holidays); 4. Increase in the permitted disposal capacity from 1,002,819 to 1,057,000 cubic yards; and, 5. Changes in estimated closure date from 2037 to 2048
