Document Description
The proposed consists of schematic design for 317 for sales units consisting of a mixture of 80 town homes, 36 bungalow courts, and 201 detached single-family homes located on approximately 87 acres of land. The remaining units for Phase I will be 175 for rent apartments for which schematic approval by the board will be sought at a later date. The development will have a traditional neighborhood design with interconnected well-lit street blocks that frame open space community elements. Project components include the residential units, parks, landscaping, recreation facilities, and infrastructure development. The project will also provide a total of 1,513 parking spaces across multiple structures and 88 parking spaces in surface lots.
