Document Description
CDFG is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA#5-331-00) pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant. The applicant/operator proposes to alter the streambed by filling approximately 0.13 acres of an unnamed tributary to the San Diego River in order to relocate a City of San Diego public sewer main, to remove undocumented fill material adjacent to the jurisdictional stream, and replace the material with compacted material, and to construct a sewer maintenance access road. This work is being conducted by the Operator on behalf of the City of San Diego, because the Operator is currently developing its property per the Mission City Specific Plan, as approved per Final Environmental Impact Report (SCH 1996111039), and improvements to existing public infrastructure as part of the project. The project area is located east of I-805 and north of Friars Road in the City of San Diego, County of San Diego.
