PORTIONS OF THE OPERATING ROAD AROUND QUAIL LAKE REQUIRE REPLACING. NEW AGGREGATE BASE, ASPHALT CONCRETE, CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT, AND ASPHALT CONCRET DIKES WILL BE INSTALLED. THE PROJECT WILL FACILITATE THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC SERVICES. EXCAVATED MATERIAL EXCLUDING ASPHALT CONCRETE WILL BE PLACED ON EXISTING SPOIL AREA.
