Document Description
A total of about 600,000 gross square feet of office space, an additional 600,000 gross square feet of office/reseach and development space, a 350 room hotel and ancillary retail and restaurant space are proposed on a bare site totaling approximately 43.8 acres in area. This project would replave a project that was approved in 1997 upon certification of an FEIR by the City. The 1997 plan proposed development of 20 acres of automobile sales, 175,000 gross square feet of commercial retail, and 475 hotel rooms. Because of the significant change in the project description, the City determined that a Supplemental EIR shoul be prepared to evaluate the impacts of the revised project.
