The applicant proposes to completely fill and realign approximately 2900 linear feet of the existing creek. The realigned creek will be approximately 2800 linear feet in length and will include a broad flood plain terrace that is designed to flood periodically and support extensive riparian vegetation. At the western most end of the creek, a 5 acre seasonal wetland will be created and protected in perpetuity through a conservation easement to compensate for wetland impacts.
