Document Description
CDFG is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2011-0279-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: Lennar Homes of California represented by Mr. Jeffery T. Clements, 391 N. Main Street, Ste 300, Corona, CA 92880. The Project is limited to the construction of an approximately 3,200-foot segment of Butterfield Stage Road including a bridge crossing Tucalota Creek and the construction of a sewer line across Tucalota Creek approximately 600 feet downstream of the bridge. The existing Arizona crossing of Puorroy Road over Tucalota Creek will be removed and the streambed will be restored to natural conditions. The construction of the new bridge will require the placement of falsework of the Creek. The sewer line will be constructed by trenching Tucaloca Creek, laying the sewer line, encasing the sewer line with concrete, placing rip-rap around the pipe, and then placing fill over the pipe to return the soil surface elevation to pre-project elevations. All the disturbed area will be revegetated and restored to previous conditions.
