Document Description
CALTRANS, IN COOPERATION WITH THE TOWN OF WINDSOR, PROPOSES TO CONSTRUCT NEW NORTHBOUND AND SOUTHBOUND ON- RAMPS AND OFF-RAMPS AT THE EXISTING ARATA LAND OVERPASS ON ROUTE 101. THE PROJECT WILL ALSO INCLUDE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS TO A PORTION OF OLD REDWOOD HIGHWAY, ARATA LANE, LOS AMIGOS ROAD NORTH, AND STARR ROAD. CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS WILL OCCUR IN TWO PHASES. THE PROJECT IS NEEDED TO ACCOMODATE FUTURE TRAFFICE AND ALLEVIATE EXISTING TRAFFIC CONDITIONS.
