THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE EXPANSION OF AN EXISTING 2 ACRES SEWAGE SPRAY FIELD TO A 5 ACRE EXTENT, FOR PURPOSE OF PROVIDING HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES TO AN EXISTING INMATE CONSERVATION CAMP. SITE IS LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE TEHAMA STATE WILDLIFE AREA AND THE LASSEN NATIONAL FOREST. THE ADMINISTER OF THE TEHAMA WILDLIFE AREA THE BIOLOGIST, STATES THAT NO RARE OR ENDANGERED FLORA AND FAUNA WILL BE IMPACTED OR ARE PRESENT IN THE PROJECT AREA AND AS A RESULT OF A PEDESTRIAN SURVEY BY A STATE ARCH- EOLOGIST, NO CULTURAL OR HISTORICAL REMAINS WERE UN-
