AMEND SANTA CRUZ COUNTY CODE SECTION 7.38.130Q TO PROVIDE FOR A NEW CIRCUMSTANCE UNDER WHICH A HAUL AWAY SYSTEM WOULD BE ALLOWED FOR SEWAGE DISPOSAL. A HAUL AWAY SYSTEM WOULD BE ALLOWED OUTSIDE THE COASTAL ZONE FOR USE BY A PUBLIC UTILITY UNDER A COMPLIANCE ORDER FROM THE STATE DEPT. OF HEALTH SERVICES TO PROVIDE WATER TREATMENT PERSUANT TO THE CALIFORNIA SAFE DRINKING ACT. THE AMENDMENT WOULD EXPIRE JAN 1, 1996 AND WOULD APPLY ONLY TO 1 SPECIFIC PROJECT CURRENTLY BEING PERSUED BY A PUBLIC WATER SURVEYOR THAT PROJECT HAS UNDERGONE CEQA REVIEW THROUGH THE STATE DEPT. OF HEALTH SERVICES.
