The project will provide for the development of a 4,000 square foot Nature Center Building with a 700 square foot outdoor patio/classroom, and additional 20 automobile and 2 bus parking spaces to the existing parking lot and a new 20 space parking lot on the adjacent Bogdanovich City Park, children's play area refurbishment, picnic facilities, landscape plantings, accessible nature trail and lookout point, walkways, and retaining walls, habitat re-vegitation for the Palos Verdes Blue Butterfly, and security lighting.
