The proposed project is for a community park within 4S Ranch. The community park proposes to include a variety of facilities and services that consist of the following: play areas with rubberized surfaces; playground with tot lot structures; baseball, softball and soccer sports fields with lighting and stadium seating; basketball courts; sand volleyball courts; roller hockey arena,; swimming pool; Boys and Girls Club muti-purpose building; temporary Boys and Girls Club/future pool house; Boys and Girls Club gymnasium; concession area with restrooms; parking spaces; park walks; picnic areas with tables; shade areas; benches; drinking fountains; overlook areas; fences; and a cul-de-sac that terminates within the community park.
