Document Description
Molycorp has modified their closure plan to meet clean closure criteria for the Reintroduction area and Warehouse B. The activities include hydro-washing of the containment pad and the structures, and confirmation by wipe sampling of the walls and obtaining concrete and soil samples. Clean closure is achieved when the concentrations of the metals of concern, after decontamination activities, are detected at background concentrations plus two standard deviations or at non-detect levels.
