Document Description
The CDFG has issued an Agreement Regarding Proposed Stream Alteration (SAA #5-047-00) ("agreement") to Irvine Community Development Company ("applicant") in conjunction with the applicant's proposal to alter three streambeds (referred to as A, B, and C in the Operator's notification packag) for the residential development of Planning Area 15 (portion of tract 15811). The project will fill three ephemeral drainage channels (with coastal sage scrub and chaparral habitat) that are tributary to the upper most reach of Coyote Canyon Creek, impacting 0.05 acre of streambed. No wetland vegetation will be impacted by the project.
