Document Description
Construction of a road crossing across the headwater of Austin Creek near the end of Yerba Buena Road in Santa Rosa to provide an emergency vehicle access to the Skyhawk subdivision. The proposed bridge will consist of a single Conspan arch with the footings constructed well above the level of the top-of-bank and size to carry the 100-year flow. The Conspan arch will be located just downstream of confluence of an unnamed tributary to Austin Creek such that it will carry the flow of both drainages. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2005-0025-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Christopherson Homes, Incorporated.
