Document Description
Acquisition of property and the construction and operation of a 1,800-student public middle school. Building coverage will range from 150,000 to 160,000 square feet and provide 65 classrooms within two-stories. Other facilities will include house support areas, building administration, physical education, library/media center, cafeteria/performance area, exploratory areas, circulation/mechanical/restrooms/canopies, hard courts, playfields, employee parking, and joint-use facilities. Two sites, both within Scripps Ranch Business Park, are under consideration. The preferred site consists of three lots (6, 7, and 8) totaling 19. 3 acres while the alternative site consists of two lots (3 and 4) totaling 17. 4 acres.
