The applicant proposes the following activities: Installation of precast articulated concrete block (ACBs) slope protection along approximately 330 linear feet of stream channel on the north bank, Widening of the stream channel 5 to 85 feet on the south side of the bank, along approximately 460 linear feet of stream channel, Installation of St. Anthony Falls (SAF) energy dissipater along 120 feet of stream channel, Installation of a 36-inch corrugated steel pipe discharging storm water from the Kern Valley Waste Management Facility through a concrete headwall into Cyrus Canyon Wash; and Maintenance of the proposed SAF structure (which would consist of the removal of localized sediment and silt deposits within and immediately downstream of the structure, and repair of this structure).
